The
Confidence
Game
My Sports Journey.
I’ve always defined myself through sport. Soccer, volleyball, track and field, cross country - my identity was shaped by the teams I played for and the goals I chased. As I’ve grown older, I see just how much those early athletic experiences continue to influence who I am - not just in sport, but in work and in life.
While sports were a big part of my story, my parents made sure I was well-rounded. I took piano and singing lessons, starred in many theatrical productions, and - true to form - even entered music competitions (though my sister usually came out on top). Balancing it all with school taught me time management from a young age, and I credit those years of juggling sports and studies for the organizational skills I rely on today.
By high school, I was playing both rep soccer and rep volleyball, committing fully to both. FUN FACT: I walked on to the varsity soccer team at the University of Toronto - though I was originally planning to play varsity volleyball and made the switch at the last minute.
Unfortunately, injuries have forced me to step away from playing competitive soccer, but my drive hasn’t gone anywhere. I’ve set my sights on triathlons now - and eventually, an Ironman. I’ll never lose my competitive spirit, or my passion for mentoring young athletes who are walking a path I know well.
My hope is simple: to help young athletes build the kind of confidence and resilience that leaves them with lasting, positive memories of their time in sport - and a belief in themselves that carries far beyond the field.

Why I Started The Confidence Game
As a coach, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore:
Too many girls are navigating sport without strong female role models who truly understood their experience.
I created The Confidence Game to fill that gap.
It’s more than mentorship—it’s about giving young athletes the tools to trust themselves, speak up, and lead on and off the field. It's about self-reflection and taking ownership of their improvement. Because when girls build confidence through sport, they carry it into every part of their lives. That’s the kind of growth that lasts.
