Why The Confidence Game?
I'm on a mission to empower today's female athletes to take ownership of their success.
Why I Started The Confidence Game
As a coach, I saw a pattern I couldn’t ignore:
Too many girls are navigating sport without strong female role models who truly understood their experience.
I created The Confidence Game to fill that gap.
It’s more than mentorship—it’s about giving young athletes the tools to trust themselves, speak up, and lead on and off the field. It's about self-reflection and taking ownership of their improvement. Because when girls build confidence through sport, they carry it into every part of their lives. That’s the kind of growth that lasts.
The Female Athlete Landscape
Too many young athletes grow up without female role models who truly understand what they’re facing — or how to guide them through it.
Our young female athletes deserve more.
They need more.
"Research supports the salience of same-sex role models for girls' and women's self-efficacy and real world achievement outcomes."
Women in Sport and Physical Activity Journal, 2019, 27, 85-93

"Thank you for being such a great role model for my daughter."
As a female coach working with girls ages 6 to 25, I’ve heard again and again from parents how much it means for their daughters to have a strong female role model. True mentorship starts with empathy—and that’s easier when you’ve walked the same path.
The Confidence Game was built to give young female athletes what many are missing: a mentor who gets it. Through real conversations and lived experience, I offer the kind of support that helps girls trust themselves, build confidence, and go after what matters—on and off the field.
