Team Strategy Workshops
Whether it’s mid-season fatigue or off-field tension, I help teams pinpoint what’s holding them back—and work together to move forward.
What are Team Strategy Workshops?
Workshops that help players identify key barriers to success, brainstorm solutions, and buy into their action plan.
Using targeted prompts and activities, players reflect on their individual barriers, align on a shared team challenge, and collaborate to develop actionable solutions.
The result is a player-led plan for moving forward—built with clarity, ownership, and purpose.
How it Works
Clear structure. Real conversations. Stronger teams.

What is Human-Centered Design?
Human-centered design is a collaborative, empathy-led approach to problem solving that puts people—especially athletes—at the center.
By listening first, not prescribing, I uncover what your players truly need. Through open dialogue and team-led problem solving, athletes take ownership in shaping the solutions—making outcomes not just effective, but deeply meaningful because they helped create them.
Why it Matters
This isn’t your typical team-building workshop with icebreakers and trust falls.
Rooted in human-centered design, these sessions go deeper—giving athletes space to surface real team dynamics, identify what’s holding them back, and get involved in the solution.
When players shape the process, they buy into the outcome.
